Owner, Class Instructor
Restaurant consultant, Bentley Hale, brings over twenty years of restaurant industry experience to the table. In her classes, Bentley shows home cooks how easy it is to make restaurant-inspired meals and cocktails at home. In addition to her industry insider tips, Bentley's fun and easy-to-follow recipes will help class participants gain confidence in the kitchen and with setting up their home bars.
Bentley began working in the restaurant industry at age 15 starting as a host and worked her way up to bar manager and general manager roles, gaining valuable insights into both front-of-house and back-of-house kitchen operations. Recently, Bentley has specialized in developing concepts for new restaurant openings, assisting owners with design, food and beverage menu development, staff training, and operational assistance.
Hosting staff wine training seminars, creating bar menus, and planning wine pairing dinners throughout her career helped Bentley discover her passion for wine education. This passion led her to start Sip Happens Wine School and, more recently, Sip & Savor Cooking School. Bentley just published her first cocktail book, Tequila Cocktails, which was released in March.
